Refund policy

Our first priority is to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase(s), that is why our service is based on a personalized fitting experience. We understand that sometimes things might not work out for the customers, therefore, we have created a refund policy that will honor both our customers and the time, service and expertise provided by our staff.

Refund policy applies from the time that the order is placed with us either in-store or online. The Full Cup is not able to issue refunds due to manufacturer delays or delays in shipping times. 

If you have selected a fashion color for any of your items, please keep in mind that availability is very limited and not guaranteed. We may contact you for your backup color choice.

Our store policy: STORE CREDIT ONLY!  No Returns-No Exceptions.  

We issue STORE CREDIT ONLY when a customer notifies our Store or brings in their Merchandise to us within 7 days of receiving the items, with itemized receipt and manufacturer tags attached.

Return guidelines:

  • Underwear, shapewear, tanks tops, and swimwear (including tops, bottoms, and one-piece) are NON-RETURNABLE.
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered are NOT RETURNABLE.
  • All sales of promotional and clearance merchandise are FINAL.
  • No refunds on gift certificates or store credits.
  • Prepaid Special Orders not picked within 30 days will incur a 10% restocking fee and the balance will ONLY be applied to a gift card from The Full Cup.

Return of Items:

  • As a small business in the current retail environment, we put a lot of effort into making sure that the merchandise that we sell is of great quality and unparalleled construction as well as competitive prices within the industry. We pride ourselves in providing professional fitting service with fitters that have been trained to work our brand fitting model. We don’t have a huge warehouse of merchandise and we are not a big retailer that can buy in bulk and at discounted prices. Because our margins are very small, we do not offer free returns. If you must return an item via mail, please contact the store that filled your order to make sure that a suitable exchange is available, and to obtain a shipping label for the return.
